DelegateIT Practice is a product of DelegateIT, operated by DEL IT AND WEB in South Africa. Our purpose is to make structured accounting revision easier to access and use.

Questions use accounting tables, dropdowns and numeric answers, alongside timed mock exams and saved attempts. This is an independent practice service, not an official UNISA assessment platform. Results do not guarantee examination performance.

Access and delivery

Get full access · R89

A confirmed account provides access to one free starter assessment. Full access includes the FAC1502 study-unit and topic sets, revision assessments and mock exams, with marking, worked solutions and saved attempts.

The FAC1502 launch offer is R89 once-off in total for 30 days from activation. Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). There is no automatic renewal, recurring debit or physical delivery. Paid checkout is not yet open.

When paid checkout opens, payment will take place on Payfast’s hosted checkout. Full access activates after the server verifies payment; returning from checkout alone does not activate access. The expiry date and time appear on your dashboard. If a verified payment does not unlock access, contact support with your order reference. Direct manual EFT is not currently offered; instructions will be published if this option is introduced.

The service runs online and requires an internet connection and a supported browser. There is no physical delivery.

Terms of use

Use the platform for personal study. Keep your login credentials private. Do not share paid accounts, redistribute the question bank, scrape the service or attempt to bypass access controls.

Save and exit pauses an attempt and preserves its remaining time. Resume restarts the countdown. Closing the browser without saving and exiting does not pause the timer. Submitted attempts are available for review and cannot be edited. Learning mode provides question feedback; exam mode provides results after submission.

We review reported marking and content errors and may correct questions. The service supplements your official learning materials. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Paid checkout will show the total price, access period and these terms before payment, and require your acceptance. Updated terms apply to future purchases; they do not reduce an existing paid access period. We may restrict access for account sharing, scraping or attempts to bypass security. You can contact support about any restriction.

Refunds and cancellations

To request help or a refund, email support@delegateit.live from your account email address. Include your order reference, payment date and a brief description of the problem. Do not include card details or passwords. We check the verified payment record and reply with the outcome and any processing estimate.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. If paid access cannot be delivered, we will arrange a refund for the affected purchase. For material service failures, we will investigate and restore access or arrange an appropriate refund. Other refund requests are assessed individually, including access already used and applicable consumer rights. Refunds normally use the original payment method; if that is unavailable, an alternative must be agreed with you. Banking and payment-provider processing times vary and will be explained when the refund is arranged. There is no automatic renewal to cancel. Nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory rights.

Privacy

We use aggregate reports from saved practice activity to understand which revision sets are used and how often attempts are completed. These reports are restricted to the platform owner and do not display individual answers or email addresses. This reporting does not add browsing cookies or session recordings.

We process your account email, authentication information, answers, attempt results and access status to provide sign-in, save practice work and control access. Our service providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for account emails.

Optional usage analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. It records a random browser-tab session identifier, selected navigation and authentication events, broad screen-size and referral categories, and your account identifier when signed in. We do not include passwords, answer text or full browsing URLs in these events. Reports display aggregates and exclude recognised owner sessions. Use Usage preferences in the app footer to stop future optional tracking. Event reports cover 30 days; older event records are removed during subsequent collection, so inactive periods may delay deletion. Contact support@delegateit.live for privacy requests. No third-party advertising trackers or session recordings are used.

The browser stores session information so you can remain signed in. Signing out on a shared device helps protect your account.

When paid checkout opens, Payfast will process checkout information on its hosted page. This application does not collect or store card numbers. We retain order references, verified payment records and access status to provide access and resolve payment issues. Resend will send account and payment-confirmation emails; confirmation records are restricted to server access.

Email support@delegateit.live to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We verify account ownership before acting. Account and practice records are retained while your account remains active; you may request deletion. Limited records needed for legal obligations, payment disputes or security investigations may be retained after closure. Our hosting, authentication and email providers may process information outside South Africa. We use restricted server access and provider security controls, and limit optional analytics as described above.
